Using the Viscous-notation features, add sticky-notes to the document.

1. Open your PDF document.
   
2. Right-click on the PDF document where you want to add together the sticky-annotation.
3. Select Add together Gluey-note from the right-click menu.
   Note: This pick is not available in edit mode . Click the or icon in the toolbar to switch to a compatible mode.
   
4. Within the Annotations Editor dialogue box, you can give the notation a subject and select the background color. Enter your comments in the available field.

   Annotation: Adding a Viscous-annotation is a permanent action upon saving the certificate. 5. Click OK to add the note to the PDF document.

Using the Mark-up features, highlight, underline, or strike out text, without changing the original content.

1. Open your PDF document.
2. Click the Select Tool icon on the toolbar or right-click on the certificate and choose the Select Tool from the right-click menu.
3. Select Text by left-clicking and dragging cursor over text in the document.

   Notation: Marking-upwards text is apermanentactiveness upon saving the document. If y'all alter your listen after making the changes, close the document without saving the changes, re-open it, and beginning over. We recommend that you save an original unmarked PDF file for future reference.



4. Right-click on the selected text, and choose Highlight,Strikeout, or Underline from the right-click menu.
